Hey, I’m Craig!
I don’t really have an extravagant life story to share. I’m just your average kinda guy who left school with a few satisfactory, run-of-the-mill exam results and a desire to travel.
So as soon as I turned 18, thats what I did! I booked a one way ticket to New Zealand and went from there.
I didn’t have a desire to join the corporate World having grown up on the beaches of Cornwall, enjoying a slower pace of life.
My biggest passions are Surfing, spending time with my Family and being different. I love doing things differently. Its fun!
Fast forward 10 years, and I’m now running a multi-national business from rented desk space surrounded by other fellow Entrepreneurs, just 2 miles from my home and a few meters from the beach. Who’d have thought it?!
This fits perfectly with all of my hobbies too, which is my biggest driving force in life. Why spend the majority of your day doing something you dis-like, perhaps even hate when you could be doing things differently and living a happy, fulfilled life?
How Did I Get Here?
I witnessed first hand how some of the Worlds most successful Entrepreneurs minds operate, and how differently they think about their money, their time and their lifestyle.
A lot of businesses are started out of frustration, a drive for independence or because a lack of something, usually a lack of money or time.
I got started in business because of all of these, but thats because they are all connected.
My frustration came from a lack of time and money, because any job I’d ever had, paid very little and took up most of my time, robbing me of any independence that I had.
My life as an employee seemed doomed from the very beginning!
The only ‘decent’ job I’ve ever had was in the yachting industry as a deckhand. I worked on board a Super Yacht of a British Billionaire for a year which was great. In fact it was this job that opened my eyes to true Entrepreneurialism as I witnessed first hand how some of the Worlds most successful Entrepreneurs minds operate, and how differently they think about their money, their time and their lifestyle.
It was a huge contrast to what you get taught in traditional education, and certainly the most value that I’d ever had from employment. Although it took me away from the girl I love, and now have a little family with.
